Key responsibilities Analyze RFPs and bid solicitations to gather necessary technical and business information Craft and edit clear, persuasive proposals while ensuring alignment with brand standards and compliance requirements Manage timelines and track proposal status, refining templates and processes to enhance efficiency and win rates Required qualifications Strong Proposal Management and Proposal Writing skills with experience in coordinating complex submissions Technical Writing capabilities and familiarity with RFP analysis to create accurate proposal content Experience writing proposals or bid responses in real estate, professional services, or a related industry Proficiency in productivity and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple projects and priorities
